We do not issue refunds for returned items. For customers who have a change of mind, we can provide a value of store credit equivalent to the price of the garment returned. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: ALL returns are covered by the customer. 

Damaged/ Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and do our best to replace your item or provide store credit if we have sold out. 


Southside Streetwear is not responsible for any safety or health concerns that take place once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred, Southside shares no responsibility.
