DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 4:45pm AEST & Saturday between 9am-11:45am AEST

From there, shipping timelines will depend on the destination of the order placed.

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped with Australia Post, and can be tracked here.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

If placed an order using "Same Day Dispatch", orders must be done so between 9am-5pm on any given day (Public Holidays NOT Included). If however, paid for same day dispatch but after the required time frame, your order will be shipped the next business day. 

NOTE: Same Day Dispatch does NOT mean your order will be delivered on the same day.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Order between 9am-5pm to be eligible for same day delivery. Customers will receive an email/text when the order is ready to be delivered. All orders will be left in a safe at the shipping address. Once delivered, we will take a picture of the parcel at the drop off. We are NOT responsible for anything such as theft/damages once your parcel has been delivered.

SPLIT DELIVERY

Get your in-stock items now! If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, choose our Split Shipping option to receive your available items right away. We'll ship them separately, ensuring you don't have to wait for the entire order to be ready. Your pre-order items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. Enjoy the convenience of getting what you need sooner while still securing your pre-order items for future delivery.

DELIVERY

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you may be left a calling card Australian customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
  • You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Saturday for your tracking number Via email.
  • If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Southside's warehouse team are super fast in processing all customer orders to ensure all orders are receive on time. If you have double order (the same products).. Your order will be shipped out before Customer Care can attend to this. 
  • If an in-stock item is purchased with an Pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the Pre-order item has arrived.
  • Pre-orders can NOT be cancelled once made.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Southside's Warehouse.
  • Any orders returned back to our warehouse as undeliverable will be processed as a return
  • Unfortunately, Southside are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
  • Southside does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 
  • Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.
  • Please note these transit times are estimates only
  • There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays
  • Please note Southside does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees
  • Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to Southside for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.
  • Please note Southside do not operate on public holidays (Same Day Dispatch/Delivery will be dispatched on the next business day)
